The use of longer rods to increase torque and power is not a new speed secret. The advantages of running a longer rod are: shorter and lighter pistons, better rod angle. These add up to more torque and power. We even run longer rods in our stroker setups. These forged aluminum pistons are made by Wiseco exclusively for us. We stock either .030″ or .040″. We can special order Std. and .060″.
