Manifolds/Intakes

  • RWA1222 1" Holley 2BBL carburetor spacer is required when bolting a Holley carburetor onto a stock 2300 2bbl intake manifold (when the EGR plate is removed). This spacer will also work on on any intake manifold that has the 2bbl Holley bolt pattern. We supply the spacer with 2 gaskets and all the required mounting hardware, including the correct metric bolts to use on the stock Ford intake (not shown). The spacer is designed with a small tapper, this helps with fuel flow and helps create a better plenum under the carb. The spacer is cast aluminum with machined surfaces.
  • RWA1222B 1" Tall, HOLLEY 2bbl Spacer -Ported- CAST ALUMINUM Carburetor Spacer. This spacer works best with the 350 Holley 2bbl carb.  If you are running the 500 2bbl carb use RWA1222 open plenum spacer. Includes:
    • Carburetor spacer
    • Gaskets
    • Carb studs, nuts, washers
  • RWA1222C 1/2″ Holley 2BBL carburetor spacer is required when bolting a Holley carburetor onto a stock 2300 2bbl intake manifold (when the EGR plate is removed).   • RWA1116C is designed to work on the "Pinto" 2.0 engines. This is a high quality cast aluminum intake and is designed to work with 40/45 DCOE Webers or Dellorto DHLA carbs. The runners on this intake are 35mm/1.25" long. This intake should be used if you have clearance issues. Includes mounting hardware for the carbs.
  • RWA1116A is designed to work on the "Pinto" 2.0 engines. This is a high quality cast aluminum intake and is designed to work with 40/45 DCOE Webers or Dellorto DHLA carbs. The runners on this intake are 86mm/3.5" long. If you have clearance issues, you can use RWA1116C, this intake is a short version with 35mm/1.25" long runners.

    RWA 1118 Cannon manifold is designed to work on the 2.0/2.3 Ranger cylinder head, with round intake ports. Ranger 2.0/2.3 engines that have a one barrel carb can step up to a two barrel with this high torque manifold. This manifold can take the stock Pinto 2bbl carb or the RWA 1210 38mm Weber (most popular). Another popular choice is to use either a Holley 350 or 500 carb, this requires using our RWA1255 2bbl adapter kit. We recommend using the  RWA1210 carb and RWA1272 chrome cleanable air filter assy.

    RWA1116B is designed to use 2 40 or 45 DCOE webber carbs on the 2.3 engine. At the moment this is the only design we have and does require some port matching to work with either the oval or D port heads.
  • RWA1234 2.3 EFI spacer is a billet aluminum CNC piece that is 7/16" thick. The use of this adapter will allow you to:
    • Use a short upper intake with a non-hump valve cover
    • Use a gutted upper intake without having to purchase a modified knifed or profiled lower intake
    • Allow for a smooth flow of air to the lower stock unmodified lower intake
    • Use a gutted tall upper with stock lower in a Ranger or car with good hood clearance
    • Slice your upper intake down and weld this unit to the bottom to make a short upper that flows well with a great transition to the stock lower
    • Rotate the intake 90* to face foward and weld spacer to the bottom
    The RWA1234 also clears the non-hump valve cover for both the stock throttle body the larger 60mm Super Coupe and the SN95 throttle bodies.
     
  • RWA 1111C Offy C type D port manifold is designed for hot street or competition use. The manifold is designed to work on the “D” port cylinder heads. The manifold is a open plenum type manifold and is designed for a lot of flow. They work great with either a Holley 350 or 500 CFM 2bbl carb. The use of a spacer is required for the linkage to clear the manifold, either a 1/2″ or 1″ . Use our RWA1222 1″ carburetor spacer or RWA 1222C 1/2″ spacer.

    RWA 1111B Offy C type manifold is designed for hot street or competition use. The manifold is designed to work on the "oval" port cylinder heads, it can be used on the "D" port cylinder heads with some port matching.  The manifold is a open plenum type manifold and is designed for a lot of flow. They work great with either a Holley 350 or 500 CFM 2bbl carb. The use of a spacer is required for the linkage to clear the manifold, either a 1/2" or 1" . Use our RWA1222 1" carburetor spacer or RWA 1222C 1/2" spacer.
