Clutch/Flywheel/Pressure Plates

  • RWA1609-4G 23 spline solid hub clutch disc is similar to the 6 puck design except it has organic lining all the way around the disc. Our discs have high strength woven friction material that is bonded to a steel backing plate to provide a high burst strength, smooth engagement, and long service life. We have used both versions of the solid hub disc with great success. We suggest using this type of disc in competition only. If used on a street driven car, you will experience some chatter when taking off from a stop.
  • RWA 1609-4H is a 6 puck type and is designed for drag and road race use only. The solid hub metallic button discs are capable of withstanding the highest possible loads that can be transmitted through a disc of its size. This disc design allows fast shifting at any RPM without risk of blow-up. These discs are extremely popular where the clutch has to be slipped: drag racing, road racing from a standing start or stock car racing. An additional benefit: coefficient of friction remains very high even when the friction surfaces become contaminated.

  • 1625A 2.0/2.3 Flywheel Bolts made to 10.9 din. This bolt set is a must for all types of racing. The bolts are harder than stock and will clamp the flywheel to the crankshaft better. The threaded part of the bolt is 30mm long.
    • 1634BO Longer than stock and Bored Out throw-out bearing.
    • For use with lightened thin flywheels and either the 4 speed SROD trans 79-UP Mustang/Capri (3 bolt shifter) or the T5 5 speed transmission.
  • RWA 1634 Longer than stock throw-out bearing. This bearing is used with a lightened thin flywheel and the 4 speed "rocket box" out of the Pinto.
