This is a wild street mild race cam, works well on short ovals and in road racing with power between 3000-7500 rpm. This cam requires upgraded exhaust and carburetor to get the full potential from the cam. This cam requires .050″ longer valves, use our #1491 1.75″ oversize intake valve and #1493 1.50″ oversize exhaust valve. Use our #1452 valve springs and #1456 retainers for best performance. New cam followers #1479 or #1480 are required with a new cam.
