RWA1680 power head is a must for any serious 2.0L Pinto racer.
Using the benefits of the latest technology and machinery, RWA1680 heads are now CNC machined.
Each casting (1982) is cleaned and crack tested prior to modification. Original valve guide area of the head is machined out to accept bronze guides. Hardened exhaust valve seats are fitted. Inlet and exhaust ports are CNC profiled to suit the valve sizes. Cylinder head face is skimmed to lower chamber volume to 44cc. Chambers are CNC machined to equalize them. Intake and exhaust faces are skimmed to clean. Head comes with:
- Stainless 1.790″/45.5mm intake valves
- Stainless 1.50″/38.1mm exhaust valves
- Bronze valve guides
- Heavy duty single valve springs
- New steel retainers
- New valve keepers
- Bronze cam bearings
- Valve seals
- New Ballstuds and nuts come with the head. (not pictured)
